Newspaper advertising is paid by Fitch Estate Sales and all internet advertising is included free of charge. We have several thousand emails in our database, so we are able to let all of those customers know about each sale. As well as

Our first priority is to the family. We want them to get the heirlooms that are rightfully theirs, that's why we begin our work after those choices have been decided. Once work begins on premises, items may not be removed. If the family changes their mind and decides to keep an item, 30% of the value of that item will be paid to Fitch Estate Sales.
Because of the emotional nature of estate sales, we prefer clients not be present at the sale.
