Our Standard Commission is 30%.  We offer a free consultation with all the details of our contract. We have an extensive list of references that we share with you. Fitch Estate Sales is bonded and insured, and our owner is a Certified Appraiser. We bring our beautiful portfolios and documentation to the consultation.

Fitch Estate Sales advertises all throughout the Hill Country and the Internet. All internet advertising is included to our clients free of charge. We have the largest email database in the Hill Country containing several thousand emails-and more are added every day!  We send out an email every week to let all of our customers know about each estate sale. We also post pictures of the items for sale on our Preview Pictures page. Our website is viewed hundreds of times per day. We want everyone to know about your sale, so we spread the word. Fitch Estate Sales also has a large Twitter and Facebook following!

Our first priority is the family.  We have conducted HUNDREDS of estate sales, and usually this is our client's first estate sale. Our experience allows us to walk our clients through the difficult process of selling their personal property or the contents of a loved one's home.
